Emotional Intelligence for Law Enforcement & Leaders
Stress comes in various forms… there is positive stress and negative stress. Unfortunately, many leaders and law enforcement officers are faced with mounting stress that tends to be chronic in nature. Each day there is another challenge… often one followed by the next without much opportunity for recovery.
What can leaders and officers do to minimize the effects of stress and position themselves to more effectively serve their teams and the community? They can intentionally improve their emotional intelligence in a way that is practical and applicable and supports their goals of service.
