Show Quote: I like to solve problems. I know it is a skill set, but it’s also an obligation. I grew up with parents who believe that you don’t simply complain: you try to find solutions and fix what’s in front of you. –Stacy Abrams
In this episode, we explore the work and journey of the inner work required for fixing you. Faust Ruggiero joins us for the conversation. Faust shares his perspective on where we go wrong and some of the strategy that can help us get back on track.
As Faust mentions, it is important for leaders to contemplate the fact that everything we need is inside of us. As leaders in pursuit of excellence, the journey begins by an honest self-reflection of who we are and how we show up. As you are probably aware, one of the most effective tools a leader has is the ability to self-reflect. Listen in as we discuss:
- The importance of understanding energy distribution
- The need to create internal shifts before executing external shifts
- Why you should take yourself off autopilot
- Learning to be comfortable with being uncomfortable
- Physically, intellectual and emotional balancing
- Importance of getting away from your biases
- And more!
